Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
- Proof of purchase (order number/confirmation) is required.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an item, please indicate the replacement item when submitting your return request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
